Túlio's career started with a magna cum laude JD degree in Recife, Brazil. He holds a master’s degree in international tax by New York University (NYU), a tax specialist degree by Fundação Getúlio Vargas, GVLaw, São Paulo, and further specialisation in European taxation and international tax policy at the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium). Beyond taxation, he is also an Alumni from the ‘Excellency in Corporate Finance’ program in Vlerick Business School, Belgium. Tulio has over 10 years international work experience working for both top tier law firms and Big Fours in Brazil, the Netherlands and Belgium.
He is also ambassador for TaxModel International representing tax technology solutions in Belgium, Portugal and Brazil.
He speaks english, portuguese, german, spanish and dutch.
Túlio is a certified lawyer in the United States (New York), Brazil and Portugal.
